Super Chocolate Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 oz Semisweet chocolate; 2 sq.
- 1/3 c Light corn syrup
- 2 tb Coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 c Low-fat (1%) milk; at room temperature
Instructions:
Heat water, chocolate, corn syrup and liqueur in medium saucepan
over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in milk.
Immediately transfer to ice-cream maker and freeze according to
manufacturer's directions.
Total prep time: 10 minutes plus freezing.
